Side, Rear and Door Glass Replacement in Calgary
Someone put a window through overnight. The car is undriveable in the rain, everything inside is covered in glass, and you have to be at work.
Bring it to us and we get it sorted, often the same day.
What we replace
Front and rear door glass. Quarter glass and vent glass. Rear windshields, including heated ones with a defroster grid. Fixed side panels.
The part other shops skip
Tempered glass does not crack, it explodes into thousands of blunt cubes that end up in the door cavity, under the seat rails and in the heater vents. Sweeping the seat is not the job, we clear all of it.
Rear windshields
A rear windshield has a defroster grid and antenna printed onto the glass, so we handle it with more care and test the defroster and radio before we leave.
Where the work happens
Windshields we come to you for, wherever the car is parked. Side, rear and door glass we currently replace at our own shop, since the job needs a compressor and a proper vacuum to clear the cavity, equipment our mobile kit does not carry yet. Text us and we will tell you the easiest way to get the car to us. We are adding mobile side and rear glass as we build out that equipment.
Insurance and payment
We do not bill insurers directly. You pay us and we give you an invoice with the details your adjuster needs.
While you wait for us
If the car has to sit outside, tape a garbage bag over the opening from the inside so the tape is not on your paint. Do not vacuum the seats yourself with a household vacuum. Glass cubes tear the bag and the hose.
