Chip repair while you are still in Airdrie
The QEII between Airdrie and Calgary is one of the worst stretches in the region for gravel, especially in March and April when the sanding trucks have been out all winter. If you commute it, you will pick up chips.
A chip is $50 and takes twenty minutes. A crack is a new windshield. The gap between those two numbers is why it is worth texting a photo the day it happens instead of the month after.
